In 2010 1.4 million overnight stays were registered (67% of them domestic
visitors) in our region. The total number of room nights shows expansion
only in Hajdu-Bihar County with 1.1%.
The region’s tourism performance also shows that 43 % of the region`s visitors stayed in Hajduszoboszlo.
The numbers figures that over the past decade the Northern Great Plains region produced the most dynamic development in terms of guest nights in the country.
