As a result of the investigation, police arrested the man who, on reasonable suspicion, robbed a tobacco shop in Ózd.
Due to a well-founded suspicion of robbery at the Ózd Police Station against a 32-year-old local man. The suspect threatened an employee of a tobacco shop in Ózd on November 11, 2020 at 5pm with a knife and demanded the proceeds. As a result of the threat, the store employee handed over 200,000 forints to the attacker, who fled the scene with his loot.
As a result of the investigation, the police identified, arrested and, on 17 November 2020, detained a man who was reasonably suspected of having committed the crime.
The Ózd Police Headquarters has filed a motion to prosecute the suspect against his arrest.
